How We Work

It is important to find the right therapist for you, this is why I offer a free initial 30 min online or telephone consultation, where we can discuss your situation and see whether I can help. There is no obligation to proceed after this assessment.

If we decide to proceed then 50 min sessions are usually booked weekly, this can be adjusted to suit individual clients as required.

I can currently offer online and telephone counselling.
